  • Setting Healthy Boundaries: Learn strategies for maintaining healthy boundaries to support mental well-being.

  • Supporting One Another Without Enabling: Discover how to provide support without fostering dependency.

  • Recognizing Signs of Maladaptive Coping: Identify signs of maladaptive coping, such as drinking or drug use, and learn ways to address them.

  • Build Peer Support both for families and first responders.
